CANCELLATION POLICY PEAK SEASON: If you need to cancel your reservation during our peak season, you must do so at least fourteen days prior to arrival date before 4 pm directly to the RodewayInn & Suites either by phone or E-mail and needs to be confirmed with a confirmation number. All cancellations received after the fourteen day grace period will be charged for your stay. If we are able to rebook your room, you will only be charged for one night. We realize that sometimes plans change. Regrettably, the Inn is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies.
CANCELLATION POLICY OFF SEASON: If you need to cancel your reservation off-season, you must do so 72 hours prior to your arrival date before 4 pm. If we are able to rebook your room, you will only be charged for one night.
GROUP RESERVATIONS: Groups require a deposit made to the hotel upon reservation. Cancellations made before 30 days or more before the arrival date will be charged $25 per room. Groups cancelling after the 30-day window will lose their deposit. Please check your contract agreement for specifics on your group.
CHECK-IN: You may arrive early if you wish, but we cannot guarantee that your accommodations will be ready for occupancy before 3pm. Amenities are available upon arrival. Special arrangements and requests need to be confirmed prior to arrival date.
CHECK-OUT: We request that guests Check-Out at 11am. Special arrangements and requests need to be confirmed prior to arrival date.
ROLLAWAY/CRIB/ADDITIONAL ADULTS: Rollaway and Crib are $10 per day.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS: Rooms with additional adults over the age of 16 will be charged $10 for each person.
